Looks nice Ben. I did more or less the same thing over the weekend.. mowed, pulled weeds, etc. etc. The joys of home ownership eh?

I wish I owned this home. I’m still just renting. But the screaming deal I get means that it’s worth my while to keep things working and pretty.
